Cancellation by the Customer

Refunds for cancellations depend on the service provider’s policies (e.g., airlines, hotels, or tour operators).
Cancellations made within 7 days of booking may be eligible for a full or partial refund, excluding administrative fees.
Cancellations after the specified period may incur penalties based on the service provider’s terms.

Cancellation by Tourism For You Travel

In the unlikely event that Tourism For You Travel cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances: Customers will receive a full refund for the canceled service. Alternatively, we may offer rescheduling or an equivalent service of the same value.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings, such as last-minute deals or discounted services, may be marked as non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the booking.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes and Modifications

Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Certain bookings may not be eligible for modifications, as per the service provider’s terms.
