Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made with Tourism For You Travel, Egyptian tourism company licence no. 1795, 22 Omar Ibn Al Khattab St., Dokki, Giza, Egypt. Phone/WhatsApp: +20 122 447 2200 · Email: [email protected]. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
Booking Policy
- A booking is confirmed once we receive payment (full payment or the deposit stated on the tour page) and any documents we need. We then send you a written confirmation.
- Each tour page lists what is included and not included in the price.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Pricing and Payments
- Prices may change until your booking is confirmed. After confirmation the price changes only for government taxes, fuel surcharges or currency changes on international trips, and we will tell you in writing.
- The payment methods available for each booking are shown at checkout.
Travel Documents
- Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport (at least 6 months’ validity), visas and any health documents required.
- We help with visa applications for our international trips, but the final decision is made by the embassy. Tourism For You Travel is not liable for refused visas or denied entry due to missing or invalid documents.
Liability
- Tourism For You Travel arranges services through hotels, airlines, cruise and transport companies that we select carefully, and we will help you if anything goes wrong.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by these suppliers or by events outside our control (such as weather, strikes or government decisions). Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service.
Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- We will always try to resolve a complaint amicably first. Please contact us at [email protected]. Otherwise, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Giza, Egypt.
